Moong Chor
1 cup
Tomato
½ Medium
Sized
Onion
¼ Medium
sized
Cucumber
½ Medium
Sized
Pomegranate
2 Tbsp
Salt
To taste
Chaat Masala
½ tsp
Lemon Juice
1 tsp
Green Chilly (optional)
1#
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 tsp
Method:
1.
Chop the onion, tomato,
cucumber, and coriander leaves finely.
2.
Mix it with the moong
chor in a bowl
3.
Add salt, chaat masala,
and lemon juice to the above.
4.
Toss it well, and
garnish it with coriander leaves
5.
Serve it immediately.
Variation: Moong
chor can be substituted with roasted pohe. A crunchy
protein and high fibre snack
