High Protein Low Calorie Snacks Competition:
There was a buzz of excitement in the air on this particular day as members along with the dignitary guests and the respected judges arrived for the cooking competition. The competition was about cooking the healthiest snacks (Veg / Non Veg) in terms of the nutritional value and calories.

In all 26 members had participated in this competition, with each one having prepared their recipe at home, were all ready for the questions from the judges.

The event commenced with a welcome speech given by Ms.Tania Sasmal. Later Ms. Bijoya Mukherjee, Manager of the branch - introduced the respected judges, dignitaries & guests. She also gave insight about the event, program summary, the background and experience of the judges and participants.

Then the members were asked to present their dishes which were tasted & evaluated by the judges, the nutritional value was calculated by the judges and then the participants were asked the cooking procedure of their respective recipes.

After 1 hour the winners were announced by the judges to a big round of applause and cheers from the incumbents present.

1st Prize: Ms. Ritu Bhimsaria – Guliappa (South Indian Delicacy)
2nd Prize: Ms. Anjali Khemka – Sattu Sprout Salad
3rd Prize: Ms. Vrinda Dugar – Hummus – Italian Cuisine

The Senior Manager Mr. Tapas Dikpati brought down curtains to the event with a vote of thanks to everybody.
