Healthy salad and sandwich making competition and the main ingriedient was flaxseeds

HEALTHY SALAD AND SANDWICH MAKING COMPETITION
There was a lot of excitement on this particular day as members along with respected judges arrived for the cooking competition. The competition was about healthiest sandwich and salads{veg / non veg} in terms of the nutritional value and calories.


In all 12 menbers had participated in the competition. Everyone was prepared with their recipes from home and were ready to answers the questions asked by the judges

The event commenced by welcome speech given by Ms. AVNI DESAI about the event and various dishes prepared by the members

Then the members were asked to present their dishes which were tasted & evaluated by the judges, nutritive value was calculated by the judges and then the participants were asked the cooking procedure of their respective recipes

After 1 hour the winners were announced by the judges with lots of happiness and cheers around

1st Prize : Ms. TASNEEM MERCHANT
2nd Prize : ZAHREEN SHAIKH

Event was brought to the end by giving vote of thanks, bouque and a small momento to the judges.
